Very clean hotel! Lovely amenities. Pool table, table tennis, swimming pool, and the gym were great add ons, especially considering the price. Also had a lovely receptionist called Anna, who spoke English and couldn't have made my stay any easier. Had a slight problem with some outside street noise outside of my room, and within minutes Anna had organised a lovely replacement room for me. Her work ethic is incredible and her demeanor was even better; didn't see her once without a smile on her face. She is a credit to the hotel! Jacuzzi is a bit outdated, and the room interiors are outdated. Could do with a little modernising

The breakfast is exceptional: great variety of food and drinks. The hotel is close to the shopping street and city center. The room is very clean, and the shampoos and soap are of great quality.

This place was amazing! Everyone was very friendly (especially Edinei) and it was very clean and organized. The breakfast was perfect and the pool area was also amazing.

Excellent welcome at short notice, due to our original Booking.com accommodation not being available to grant us access. This hotel was super helpful late at night when we were considerably anxious.
